Work has begun on the construction of “Le Guglie,” the new iconic building that will be built on Piazza Gino Valle next to the current headquarters of Vittoria Assicurazioni.
We are proud to be the Project & Development Manager and sole Advisor for this important project commissioned by VITTORIA ASSICURAZIONI SPA.
“The signing of a Works Contract for the construction of an iconic building such as Le Guglie is a ‘already and not yet’,” It is ‘already’ a goal that has seen a high level of professionalism from everyone around the table during months of intense work, as well as a great deal of maturity in creating a governance model that is considerably complex but unquestionably innovative.
It is ‘not yet’ because the journey will only be complete with the completion of the work, which we will be engaged in over the next two years."
