The closing of a complex and major extraordinary operation has been formalized, a transaction worth over €400 million, regarding the sale of two real estate portfolios owned by Vittoria Assicurazioni and two international companies: York Capital Management and Stoneweg SA.
Morning Capital conceived and formulated this opportunity through its Deal Origination & Transaction team and the process involved the services of the company’s entire chain.
Vittoria Assicurazioni is assured an income-generating portfolio, York Capital Management and Stoneweg will have a development and trading operation and Morning Capital is assured major real estate service contracts from both sides.
Of special note, ENI’s Quinto Palazzo—a property famous in the annals of architecture, designed by the Gabetti-Isola firm—for which Vittoria Assicurazioni becomes the majority shareholder.
