Buyout Operation: Vittoria Assicurazioni transfers 80% of Gestimmobili

Milan, May 23, 2019 – Concluded the buyout operation of Gestimmobili Srl: the Vittoria Assicurazioni group transfers 80% of its shares to Maurizio Monteverdi and Filippo Peschiera who acquired, respectively, 44% and 36% of the share capital through two holding companies.

The parties involved also drew up new long-term real estate services contracts regarding the properties owned by the group.

The company’s goal is to bring about a significant transformation in asset allocation in the real estate sector, in various categories, given the new strategic direction more oriented towards income from stabilized leasing.

The extent of current Assets Under Management is approximately €700 million, involving primarily residential properties.
