Morning Capital has become a shareholder in Blue Società di Gestione del Risparmio (asset management company, AMC), formed from the rebranding of Sator Immobiliare Sgr, following the acquisition of the shares held by the private equity fund managed by Sator (58.42%) and by Unodueerre Srl (9.74%) by its management (specifically, Carlo Alessandro Puri Negri and Paolo Rella) and a pool of investors.
Morning Capital will hold 5% of the newly-formed AMC, alongside Fratelli Puri Negri SApA (41%), Carlo Clavarino (16.25%), Recchi Ingegneria e Partecipazioni S.p.A. (16.25%), Cassa Nazionale del Notariato (7.5%), Stoneweg SA (7%) and Vertex Srl (7%).
